This project is an on-site renovation project - polyvinyl chloride drying and exhaust gas purification device. The project site is located in a high-altitude, extremely cold area, with an open frame design. The first line covers an area of 15 meters * 10 meters, while the second line I covers an area of 9 meters * 6.5 meters. The third line II covers an area of 6 meters * 5.5 meters. This project provides a total of 5 sets of Venturi scrubbers, mainly used to remove particulate matter from the exhaust gas (mainly polyvinyl chloride dust, with a particle size of about 63 microns or less).
Frontline system solution: The exhaust gas is discharged separately from the primary cyclone separator and secondary separator of the original drying plant, and two Venturi towers need to be set up for corresponding exhaust gas treatment. The air volume is 84268m ³/h and 67328m ³/h respectively
Second line system scheme: The exhaust gas is drawn out from the outlet of the induced draft fan at the end of the original drying system, with a maximum gas volume of 210000 m ³/h. Considering the size of the equipment, two Venturi towers are also installed for exhaust gas treatment. The maximum amount of exhaust gas per unit is 105000m ³.
Three line system scheme: The exhaust gas is drawn out from the outlet of the induced draft fan at the end of the original drying system, with a maximum gas volume of 120000 m ³/h. One Venturi tower is installed for recent exhaust gas treatment.
After the overall equipment debugging and operation in early 2025, the exhaust gas from the final outlets of the 5 Venturi towers will meet the particle emission concentration requirement of less than 20mg/m ³.
