Working principle of cyclone spray tower:
Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust containing gas in the cyclone spray tower moves laterally towards the center, resulting in a longer residence time and better washing effect. This completely improves the technical defects of the spray tower, such as incomplete dust removal and easy blockage of the water spray tower under certain specific working conditions. The product adopts specialized technology to avoid blockage of water pumps and nozzles, greatly improving production efficiency. The water in the pool can be recycled, avoiding the problem of secondary pollution and saving water resources. There are several circular swirl buckets and high-efficiency defogging plates installed inside the cyclone tower. A solid packing ball is placed inside the cyclone drum, and the top layer of the demisting plate is used to purify water mist and achieve the purpose of removing water mist. Dust containing gas rises in the tower by swirling and comes into contact with the liquid swirling from the top of the tower on each plate, completing the dust removal task; Through the action of centrifugal force, large particles in the exhaust gas sink into the water tank, and finally are manually removed to clean the casing. This way, the gas is purified and discharged to meet the standard. At the same time, the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
