Wastewater treatment process flow

The project is located in Dachang Town, Huangdao District, Qingdao City. The owner mainly produces deep processing of dried blueberries, and the discharged blueberry production wastewater has a high COD concentration, which can reach 20000mg/m3 at high times; The biodegradability of this wastewater is average, and there are many difficult to degrade suspended substances in the wastewater, which has a significant impact on the biological treatment system and poses certain difficulties in removing pollutants. Based on the characteristics of this wastewater and the requirements for wastewater discharge, our company has designed and produced a combined treatment process of "pre treatment+anaerobic tower+contact oxidation tank+secondary sedimentation tank" to ensure stable and standard discharge of the wastewater.

The equipment has been debugging and running since 2020, and the effluent effect has fully met the emission standards, with stable performance operation.

The advantages of this device are as follows:
1. The IC anaerobic tower has strong internal circulation, good mass transfer efficiency, large biomass, and a feed load rate about three times higher than that of general anaerobic towers. It can treat high concentration organic wastewater. When the COD is 10000kg/l, the loading capacity can reach 15-30kgCOD/m ³。

2. The effluent stability is high because the IC anaerobic tower is equivalent to the series operation of two UASB anaerobic towers. The organic loading rate of the lower reactor is high, which plays a role in high concentration treatment. The upper reactor has a low load, which plays a role in low concentration treatment, making the effluent quality good and stable.
