Overview

The equipment adopts three combined processes of activated carbon adsorption, hot air flow desorption, and catalytic combustion to purify organic waste gas. By utilizing the characteristics of activated carbon's multiple micropores and huge surface tension, the organic solvents in the waste gas are adsorbed, making the purification of the discharged waste gas the first working process; After saturation of activated carbon adsorption, the organic solvent adsorbed on the activated carbon is removed by hot air flow at a certain concentration ratio and sent to the catalytic combustion bed as the second working process; The high concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed is further heated, and under the action of the catalyst, oxygen is decomposed and converted into two.
The heat released from the decomposition of carbon dioxide and water is recovered by an efficient heat exchanger and used to heat the high concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed as the third working process. After the above three working processes reach equilibrium after running for a certain period of time, the desorption and catalytic decomposition processes do not require external energy source heating.

Using specially formed honeycomb activated carbon as the adsorbent material, the adsorbent has a long lifespan, low adsorption system resistance, and high purification efficiency; Using high-quality precious metals palladium and platinum loaded on honeycomb ceramics as catalysts, the catalytic combustion rate reaches over 97%, the catalyst has a long lifespan, low decomposition temperature, short desorption preheating time, and low energy consumption. Adopting a microcomputer centralized control system, the equipment operation and operation process are fully automated, and the operation process is stable and reliable. The front end adopts a dry high-efficiency dust filtration device, which has high purification efficiency and ensures the service life of the adsorption device.


Application scope:

1. It can be used for the purification treatment of organic solvents (mixed organic waste gases such as benzene, alcohol, ketone, aldehyde, ester, phenol, ether, and alkane).
2. Suitable for organic waste gas purification in industries such as wires, cables, enameled wires, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, engines, magnetic tapes, plastics, and household appliances.
3. It can be used in various drying processes such as drying channels, printing iron cans, surface spraying, printing ink, motor insulation treatment, leather shoe adhesive, etc., to purify the organic waste gas generated in each process.
