Air volume: 40000m³/ h. Process flow: exhaust gas - capture hood - condenser - oil fume purification device - activated carbon adsorption equipment - fan - chimney - standard emission.
The oil fume dust collector should adopt a process method of condensation, multi-stage filtration, and activated carbon adsorption. The designed air volume of the oil tank is determined by the supplier to be 40000 m/h, which meets the requirements of smoke removal. The requirement for a gas capture rate of 99.95% has been in operation since September 2023.
