The difficulty of this project is that dichloromethane has a low boiling point and is difficult to recover. The project adopts our patented technology: desorption tail gas purification concentration+0-4 ℃ condensation operation, achieving a desorption depth of -70 ℃ in the adsorption purification bed, and ensuring environmental protection treatment effect under the premise of energy conservation.

After qualitative analysis of chloride ions, it was confirmed that the recovered solvent and wastewater did not decompose or deteriorate during the adsorption desorption recovery process.

The commissioning and operation of this project fills the technological gap in the environmental protection treatment of chlorine containing waste gas recovery using nitrogen protection, temperature rise desorption and drying method, and expands mature process channels for the comprehensive treatment of chlorine containing waste gas in the chemical industry.
