The organic waste gas treatment equipment is located in the factory area of Ningxia Haitai New Materials Company. There are a total of 15 sets of product devices and 29 main products in this project. The main engineering waste gas treatment adopts "pretreatment+classification and quality centralized treatment".
This project adopts our company's "activated carbon adsorption+activated carbon fiber electric grade adsorption water vapor desorption+multi-stage condensation treatment device", which includes a gas pretreatment system, adsorption system, desorption system, drying circulation system, cooling system, condensate purification system (optional), natural gas heat recovery system (optional), automatic control system, etc.
The organic waste gas is purified and meets the emission standards through the series adsorption and purification of multiple beds filled with granular activated carbon and activated carbon fibers.
It has been running since the end of 2024 after debugging and operation.
